Times: June 1st -
September 30th. Sessions will be held on
a weekly basis, four instruction days per sessions. Time of day will
be agreed upon once you are contacted back.

Lessons are taught in accordance to your skill level.
Why waste hundreds of dollars on camps where your treated like a number? Learn
at your own pace, with the attention you deserve from well experienced
instructors.
Time Commitment:
Because one day of training is just not enough, the lessons are
done over a 4-day span, 65-80 minutes each day.
Pricing: The price
per session is $115, which covers the price of balls, fields, goals, and
instruction. For athletes who sign up in groups of 3 or more, we offer a
reduced rate of $105 per student.
Location:
Riverside High School (Durham, NC) or a field near you. We will do our best
to accomodate YOU!
Finally, instruction to teach YOU the proper techniques of
lacrosse...
SHOOTING Learn to shoot harder, faster, more
accuratly, and while running. Become a offensive threat all over the field.
Learn the proper mechanics of body rotation, increased leverage, and of course
how to put the ball where you want it. The most fundamental part of an
offensive players game is their shot. Learn the correct way to perform the most
effective shots in the game. OVER 250 SHOTS PER SESSION. GAURENTEED.
PASSING AND CATCHING A lot of players pick up bad stick handling habits
that can be so frustrating to break. Finally, learn the proper way to throw and
recieve the ball. Be able to fit passes into the tight spots you want, and be
able to make the spectacular plays when the game is on the line. Catch the ball
with "soft hands," becoming more fluid and quick at the times when the last
thing you need to be worrying about is dropping the ball. A premium focus of
the camp, we gaurentee that every athlete will leave with a much better ability
to perform the most basic two functions of "the fastest game on two
feet."
DEFENSE Quick feet and proper positioning are essential.
Learn the ins and outs of defense to best take advantage over your opponent.
After learning proper lower body technique, become a master of the most basic
checks, and then get a lil' fancy by putting some of the more nasty checks in
your arsenal. Learn to dominate your opponent every possesion, every
game.
MIDFIELD Become the most versatile player on the field, with both
offensive and defensive skills training. From dodging to checking, become the
most complete player on the field. Learn the proper angles and stances to .
ATTACK Learn the art of changing direction, how to feed and dodge
from below the goal line to score at will, how to handle any defenseive
pressure thrown at you, and how to make moves that make the crowd go "Ohh!."
FACE OFFS Learn the basics or fine tune with tips and tricks to
help you dominate the "X".
GOAL-KEEPING Nothing is more important
than a good goalie. Learn the proper techniques to save and clear the ball with
ease. Recieve tips about angles and positioning
SPEED AND STRENGTH
TRAINING Though polyometrics and agility drills increase your quick twitch
muscles to become an all round better player. Use the same workout as the
Loyola College Men's Lacrosse Team. "Speed Kills!"
EQUIPMENT We ask
that children have their own equipment, however, a limited amount can be
provided. We will provide the balls and goals.
